Shipping Policy
All non-personalized orders will be processed within 1-2 days whenever possible. Personalized orders will ship within 2-3 days, provided we have all the necessary information for the custom order. If your order is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We currently ship via UPS or USPS. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit or misplaced upon delivery. We are no longer responsible once your package leaves our store. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with USPS or UPS for any lost or damaged packages. However, if you choose USPS First Class shipping, your package will not be insured, so you will not be able to file a claim for that package.
Order Cancellations
We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes to your order once it has been placed. Please contact us immediately at Support@ghjtrqwr.shop or +1 414-277-7795 if you require any modifications to your order. Orders that have already been sewn or shipped cannot be canceled or modified.
